Ibrahim Bah is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Investment Adviser Representative with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax strategy, risk management, and financial advisory services. He is the Co-Founder of BARKY LLC and Barky Advisors, where he helps individuals, business owners, nonprofits, and internationally connected clients align their tax strategy, investments, and long-term financial goals.
Prior to founding BARKY LLC, Ibrahim served as a Senior Internal Auditor with the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services in New York, where he led complex risk-based audits, compliance reviews, and operational improvement initiatives across global operations. He also held positions with KPMG LLP, Constellation Energy, Black & Decker, GSE Systems, and the Maryland General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Audits.
Throughout his career, Ibrahim has specialized in internal controls, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax planning, and strategic financial analysis. His unique combination of tax and advisory experience allows him to provide clients with a holistic and tax-efficient approach to wealth planning.
Ibrahim holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bowie State University. He is fluent in both English and French.
